The semioSensor is a device I developed to monitor volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in field and lab conditions. It’s been an affordable tool for the ecologist on the move who is interested in measuring total VOCs in the air, however many other applications are being explored. It can be used plugged into a laptop or deployed in a network of wireless nodes and transmit the data to cloud services for storage and analysis. More to come soon!
